With a good reputation in the overseas capital market, after repeated communication with the overseas branch of Bank of China, SINOTRUK completed $ 160 million USD (about 1 billion RMB) of low-cost overseas direct loan financing on July 29, which is the largest sum of foreign currency overseas direct loan in Jinan.

The financing period of this sum is 1 year, and can be continued upon expiry, with comprehensive financing cost of only 4.2%, equivalent to domestic financing interest rates for the same term to fall 30 percent, far lower than domestic financing costs. The success of this financing reduces the financial costs, optimizes the debt structure, and broadens the financing channels of SINOTRUK.
